Acupuncture treatment lasts about 60 minutes (Initial Acupuncture treatment has additional at home paperwork, if you chose to provide the information).

Follow up intakes, changing and needling processes usually takes 10-20 minutes. The majority of the time you left to relax with needles retained (most people find this part of a treatment very relaxing). The end of the treatment time is for needle removal, potential palpation/short massage/cupping/moxa and changing (easing back into reality).


Massage Therapy

Massage is offered with an integrated Eastern and Western approach. Modalities that may potentially be used include but are not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, sports, Tui Na, Acupressure.

The full massage experience is for 60 minutes. This includes intake, changing as well as setting up the room for the next treatment. Expect to be massaged approximately 55 minutes.


Combo Acupuncture and Massage (in one session)

You will receive a full acupuncture treatment followed by approximately a 30 minute massage. This session lasts approximately 1 and 1/2 hours.


Cupping

Our certified practitioners use modern silicone cups to ensure a comfortable and effective experience. Cupping can also support respiratory health and enhance recovery from sports injuries. Cupping is also very helpful in removing toxins from the body.

Darrin De Feo’s training has led him down many paths. Specifically, he has worked extensively with orthopedic disorders, chronic pain, digestive issues, sleep problems, mood disorders and women’s health.

Darrin is a New York State licensed Acupuncturist and Massage Therapist who graduated with a Master of Science in Acupuncture and a Bachelors in Applied Occupational Studies (Massage Therapy) from Pacific College of Health and Science (formally known as Pacific College of Oriental Medicine). Darrin whole heartily believes Acupuncture and Massage are an integral component to achieving a healthy body as it encourages the body to self heal.

Yoko’s personnel journey with acupuncture paved her path to wanting to become an acupuncturist her self. It is Yoko’s hope that she can in turn provide the same positive experiences for her clients so that they can realize their health goals.

Yoko is a NY State Licensed Acupuncturist who graduated from Pacific College of Health and Science with a Master’s degree in Acupuncture. In her practice, she has treated various scenarios including but not limited to orthopedic disorders, neurological issues, digestive disorders and mental health. Yoko feels that her ability to treat using a combination of Traditional Chinese medicine and Japanese styles of acupuncture with her western medicine knowledge aides her in providing unique specialized treatments with positive results. Cupping and Moxa is often used in Yoko’s treatments to enhance the clients experience.

Currently living in Queens, Yoko is from Japan. In her free time she likes to take long walks around her city where she likes to find good coffee and places to relax.
