Follow up intakes, changing and needling processes usually takes 10-20 minutes. The majority of the time you left to relax with needles retained (most people find this part of a treatment very relaxing). The end of the treatment time is for needle removal, potential palpation/short massage/cupping/moxa and changing (easing back into reality).

The full massage experience is for 60 minutes. This includes intake, changing as well as setting up the room for the next treatment. Expect to be massaged approximately 55 minutes.

Combo Acupuncture and Massage (in one session)

You will receive a full acupuncture treatment followed by approximately a 30 minute massage. This session lasts approximately 1 and 1/2 hours.

Cupping

Our certified practitioners use modern silicone cups to ensure a comfortable and effective experience. Cupping can also support respiratory health and enhance recovery from sports injuries. Cupping is also very helpful in removing toxins from the body.
